Master Contracts
Every year LA Foods negotiates master contracts for the highest volume food items. These sizeable master contracts, that sometimes exceed 100 truckloads of a single SKU, provide us the opportunity to pass on exceptional value to our customers while providing our vendors with consistent volume to increase efficiency.
One Time Specials
We notify our customers about special buys and offers on a regular basis. These opportunities occur due to packaging changes and over production which is usually the result of manufacturers’ sales forecasting miscalculations. This allows us to pass on tremendous savings to our customers… provided specific restrictions are observed. Some food items may only be sold to prisons or to food banks. Other items may only be sold in certain geographic areas due to sensitive labels or a variety of reasons. We honor all agreements on restrictions from manufacturers and therefore we are constantly offered outstanding opportunities from major manufacturers around the world.
Imports
As a direct importer, LA Foods has secured more than 10,000 containers of product from international food manufacturers. Our huge buying power and long history with the international food community provide us the opportunity to pass on exceptional value to our customers.
